    ServicesFind plumbers, carpenters, electricians and other trusted help, recommended by your neighbours.

    In-app paymentsPay maintenance and dues right inside the app, with receipts and automatic reconciliation.
    OneRoof MerchantsShop from local merchants who serve your community, all without leaving the app.
    Clubs & chat groupsFind your people: running clubs, book circles, kids' groups and chats for every interest.
    MarketplaceBuy and sell with the people next door. Simple listings, trusted neighbours.
    RFID & gate controlTag-based entry for residents and vehicles, tied to the gate and the visitor log.
